I just purchased an Acer Aspire 5515 Laptop today and I put one CD in it to install some software. When I pushed the button to eject the tray it didn't open. Since that didn't work I went into My Computer and right clicked on the DVD Rom drive and clicked eject. When I click eject an error pops up about the tray saying: "An error occured while ejecting DVD RW Drive (E:) 200711140729", with the only option to click being "Ok" and the dialogue box closes.

I JUST bought this laptop today and that is the first CD I put into the DVD Rom and it will not open at all now. It doesn't even make a noise when I hit eject or push the open button, nothing at all happens.
