I have an external harddrive (500 gb westen digital) some weeks ago i plugged it and everythings fine.

And now everytime i plug it in this happens:

i get an error that an device wasnt recognised or damaged, then it installs, and says its now installed and can be used. but when i go to my computer it doesnt show up and when i go to devicemanager and down to usb it shows up as unknown device, no yellow question mark, nothing, just like an installed device but shown as unknown.

But it DOES work on other computers when i plug it in, it works really fine and no problems. I've tried restart, uninstall restart install and those kinds of things tried update tried to inactivate and activate. nothing works.
