Hey guys,

Well i got my pc hooked up with my stereo with a (mp3)audiojack/2jack (red/white), my audio worked for months perfectly untill tonight i plugged out the cable from the computer for 2mins and when i plugged it back in all my pc sound had a heavy hum noise..

I tried to plug out the cable/stereo again and just plug my headphone directly into my computer, unfortunately i still hear a heavy hum. , making me think this has nothing to do with the stereo or cable, but with my computer (softwarematic?)

I googled around abit and found some people having sort of a similiar problem and some of them solved it by making sure their pc/stereo whas on a grounded power outlet, i also tried this but with no improving results.

So here i am, grounded or not, needing help.
