My computer will not start at all. No power at all to the computer. The LED light on the PSU just blinks. I disconnected the PSU from everything and the light stayed solid. I was told if this happen then my PSU was fine it was most likely the MB or CPU.

The night prior there was a storm and the power went out. Computer rebooted after that and ran without problem but after shut it down properly and tried to reboot it, and it wouldn't. For the past few weeks I was worried about my MB because the keyboard would connect and disconnect, and sometimes the USB ports in the back wouldn't read unless unplugged and plugged back in. So I'm presuming it is my MB but I wanted opinions on it.
