- [SOLVED] CD/DVD missing driver problems
Hello,
I have a problem with HL-DT-ST-DVDRRW GSA-H21L (removable cd/dvd rom), in the drivers list it has a yellow exclamation mark and comes up with the following message:
"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)."
I have followed the troubleshooter guide and find I still have the same problem. I have also read (and followed) several of the similar problems and advice given on your site and I am still no better off, the problem is still there
I would appreciate some help/guidance please.
